This is the lieutenant of seraphs, under Barkiel. (that's also who is saying the quote. my derp on that) For those who do not understand the flavor text; Seraphs don't live very long as they are only soldiers and messengers, and the first to be put on the battlefield. They can live as long as an other angel, it's just that they don't.

Hmmm.... Maybe it would work better if it went "a creature that shares a type with this creature..." and "tapped and attacking." Otherwise the only angels to get are ones with tap abilities.
